We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address.
Return Method: You can return items by mail.

Defective/Incorrect Products: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.
Customer Remorse: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Processing Time: It typically takes 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
